I called for cleaning after a long absence from home. There was a lot of dust and an unpleasant smell, but the team quickly fixed everything. Now the apartment is comfortable to live in again.

Ніколи не користувався послугами клінінгу, нарешті наважився. Квартира була дуже грязна, жир, вапно, вікна грязні, затхлий запах. Питання повстало до якої фірми звернутися. Шукав поміж лідерів, бо працююю багато, треба був кращий результат. Зупинився на CleanHouse і не прогадав, приїхали зранку, залишив команду в квартирі і сам поїхав на роботу, вони працювали весь день, а ввечері квартиру не впізнав. Повідмивали все. Квартира чиста, вікна чисті, підлога чиста, стіни, витяжка, короче не можу підібрати слів. Я такою квартиру давно вже не бачив. Дякую команді CleanHouse за сумлінну роботу. Однозначно буду користуватися їхніми послугами.

I want to share my experience communicating with the company. I considered CleanHouse with the following initial data: one-room apartment up to 60 sq.m. (minimum furniture, well-maintained condition). -The website states the price of 2,500 UAH for a general cleaning, but during a telephone conversation the manager announced 9,000 UAH for cleaning, which does not include complex contamination. I consider such a gap between the price stated on the website and the real cost to be misleading the client. -I was particularly surprised that the conversation was immediately conducted in Russian without clarifying the client's language preferences, which is of fundamental importance to me, given the current language standards and the context of the country. After such communication, there was no trust left in the company.
